Fresh, homemade bagels are what's for breakfast!
In a small saucepan, heat the blueberries, crushing them to release the juices. Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow the juice to reduce down. Pour them into a bowl and allow them to cool.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the water, yeast, and 2 Tbsp. Firebee Elderberry Honey. Allow this to sit for about 5-10 minutes or until it is foamy.
Once the yeast is ready, add in the flour, salt, blueberries, and vanilla. Mix until a thick dough forms. It should be slightly sticky. If it's too dry, add a bit more water. If it's too sticky, add more flour.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and then allow it to rest, covered with a damp towel, in the mixer bowl for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Punch the dough down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Cut it into 8 equal pieces and roll them into balls. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Using your thumb and index finger, push a hole into the center of the dough. Make it large as it will shrink back as it sits. Place these on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper to rest for 30 minutes.
While they are resting, bring a large pot of water to a boil. When it is boiling, add a tablespoon of Firebee Elderberry Honey. Go ahead and preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drop the bagels a couple at a time and poach them for 1 minute, flipping them halfway through. Place them back on the parchment paper and repeat with the remaining bagels.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy!

A new twist on an old favorite!
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, and nutmeg. The add in the milk, egg, and butter and whisk to combine.
Switch to the dough hook and mix on low-medium speed until the dough comes together. Bump the speed up a couple of notches and allow the dough to knead for 8-10 minutes. The dough should be sticky but not stick to your hands.
When the dough is ready, transfer it to a greased bowl and place it in a warm spot, covered with a towel, for at least an hour. The dough should double in size.
While the dough is rising, go ahead and make your blueberry filling. Add the ingredients for the filling to a medium saucepan over medium heat. As the sauce heats up, use the back of a spoon to burst the blueberries. Cook until the filling has thickened and then set aside to cool.
Grease a muffin pan and set aside. Roll your dough out on a floured surface into a 16" x 20" rectangle.
Spread the filling onto the right 2/3 of the rectangle. Now, fold over 1/3 of the dough from the left. Then take the right side and fold it over towards the left. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, trim off the edges and cut the rest into 12 equal pieces.
With each piece, cut a slit up the center of it, but not quite all the way through. Grab each side and twist them together and place inside a slot of the muffin tin. This will be messy, but repeat with the remaining 11 pieces.
Scrape any remaining blueberry filling over the top and cover with a towel. Allow to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
While that is rising, go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. While they are baking, mix together the ingredients for your cream cheese frosting.
Remove the twists from the oven and allow to cool a bit before adding the frosting.
Enjoy!

Add the chicken broth, can of diced tomatoes, and pasta to the pot and bring to a boil. Cook until the pasta is tender, about 10-15 minutes.

A beautiful heart shaped cinnamon roll that you can tear off and enjoy. Great for a Valentine's Day breakfast!
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the warm milk, yeast, Firebee Raw Honey, salt, butter, and eggs. Add in the flour and turn the dough hook on low.
Once the flour starts to mix in, go ahead and turn it up to medium speed. Add more flour if needed until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. You want the dough to be sticky, but not stick to your fingers.
Transfer your dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover with a towel. Place in a warm area and allow it to rise for about an hour, or until roughly doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, split it in half. Each half will need to be rolled out and shaped into a heart. You can use your hands to create the shape. They should be fairly equal in size and shape. Place one heart on a parchment lined pan.
Mix together the ingredients for the filling and spread it on top of the first heart. Top with the second heart. In the center, using a knife, lightly trace a heart shape. This will provide you with a guide for cutting the strips.
Using a sharp knife, cut strips around the edges of the inner heart, cutting through both layers of dough. Once you have cut your strips, go back and twist each one.
Allow the heart to rise a second time for about 30 minutes. When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Bake the heart for about 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Mix up the frosting to your desired consistency. When the rolls are done, allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before adding the frosting.
Drizzle the heart with frosting and add sprinkles if desired. To serve, tear off pieces and dip in any remaining frosting.

Heat a medium skillet over medium to high heat and the tablespoon of oil. When ready, cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside while the dough finishes.
When the dough mixture is foamy, go ahead and add in the remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough ball forms. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes.
When the dough has rested, go ahead and roll it out to cover the pizza pan. Spread with 1/2 of the Firebee BBQ Sauce and then top with the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, onion, and remaining BBQ Sauce. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

All you love about German Chocolate Cake - but in a pie!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
In a saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and butter over medium-low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove the mixture from the heat once it's melted and slowly whisk in the evaporated milk.
In a medium bowl, mix together the egg yolks, vanilla, and almond extract. Slowly whisk in the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Next, add in the Firebee Chocolate Honey, cornstarch, and salt. Once combined, pour into the prepared pie shell.
Mix the coconut and pecans together and sprinkle over the top of the pie. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pie puffs up and is almost set. Cool completely and serve!
