Shipping policy

Estimated ship dates are provided below the product name on each page and on the cart page during checkout. We maintain a near 95% on-time shipping rate based on those estimates. An automated email with the tracking information for your shipment will be sent out as soon as it ships.

Nearly all orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Larger or heavier orders may ship by UPS Ground. Within the contiguous United States, standard shipping is $6, priority 1-day processing is $12, and orders over $49 ship free.

Alaska & Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by USPS Priority Mail (4 to 6 days) for a flat $25 shipping charge per order; free shipping over $49 does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii because of the distance. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must weigh 10 lb or less (about four 19 oz glass bottles). If your cart is heavier, checkout will not offer shipping; please place it as two or more orders of 10 lb or less, or email info@firebeehoney.com and we will help.
