BLT Chicken Salad

The crunch of this chicken salad is phenomenal! Full of fresh produce, bacon, and chicken with a hint of Firebee Honey, you'll never go back to plain chicken salad again!

Ingredients

Yields 8-10 servings

  • 3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked & diced
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • croissants or your favorite bread

Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, except for the croissants. Stir together until well combined. 

Step 2

Serve on warm croissants or your favorite bread!
