Cajun Chicken Dip

Cajun Chicken Alfredo Dip

This dip - oh goodness - you just have to try it! It's garlicky with some spicy kick from the Forni-Cajun Seasoning. Great served on baked bread or crackers.

Yields 10-12 servings

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Forni-Cajun Seasoning
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli, cooked and diced
  • 1 c. mozzarella, shredded

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 9" x 9" baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, and then add the garlic and flour. Stir together and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until it begins to brown.

Step 3

Add in the cream, parmesan cheese, and Forni-Cajun Seasoning. Stir to combine and allow it to come to a boil. Reduce the heat once it boils to a simmer.

Step 4

Mix in the cream cheese, chicken, broccoli, and mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.

Step 5

Transfer to a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until browned on top.

Step 6

Enjoy with toasted bread, topped with butter and parsley, or your favorite crackers!
