Cheesy Spinach Roll-Ups
These adorable cupcakes made with Firebee Chocolate Honey are sure to garner lots of attention this holiday season! Made from scratch, these little guys taste as good as they look!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Colby-jack cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced small
- 10 oz. package of frozen spinach, thawed & drained really well
- 1 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
- 1 box of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the egg and water and beat until well mixed and set aside.
Step 2
Combine the other ingredients together and mix well.
Step 3
Unroll the puff pastry sheets and brush both sides with the egg and water mixture.
Step 4
Spread the cream cheese and spinach mixture over one side of the puff pastry. Roll it up and slice into even slices.
Step 5
Place slices onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until the pastry turns a golden color.
