Chicken Tostadas

Chicken Tostadas

A quick and delicious dinner that is sure to spice up your Taco Tuesday!


Yields 8 servings

  • 8 tostada shells
  • 2 c. shredded chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. Taco Dirty To Me Seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 c. Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. lettuce, chopped
  • 1 c. pico de Gallo
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. guacamole
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut in half


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray both sides of the tostadas with cooking spray and place in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Step 2

Bake about 5 minutes or until the tostadas are warm and crispy.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the chicken with the Taco Dirty To Me Seasoning and set aside.

Step 4

Heat the refried beans and spread each tostada with a layer. 

Step 5

Top with the shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, and green onions. 

Step 6

Squirt with some fresh lime juice and enjoy immediately!
