Chocolate Honey Cookie Dip

Chocolate Honey Cookie Dip

You'll never go back to chips and dip after having this Chocolate Honey Cookie Dip! We recommend graham crackers to dip in it, but try whatever cookies or crackers you like best. We won't tell if you just eat it with a spoon either! 


Ingredients

Yields 10 servings
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Firebee Chocolate Honey
  • 3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • graham crackers, for dipping


Instructions

Step 1

Using a stand mixer or hand mixer and large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Step 2

Drop mixer speed to low and add in brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and Firebee Chocolate Honey. Mix until thoroughly combined, about 3-5 minutes. 

Step 3

Remove bowl from mixer. Using a spatula or spoon, fold in chocolate chips until chips are evenly dispersed. 

Step 4

Serve dip immediately with graham crackers for dipping. Enjoy! 

(Leftovers can be refrigerated to be enjoyed later)
