Cinnamon Honey Peach Crisp

A delicious summertime treat! Top this decadent cinnamon honey peach crisp with some homemade vanilla ice cream for a dessert that your family will thank you for! 


Yields 8 servings
  • 6-7 medium peaches
  • 1/4 c. Firebee Cinnamon Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1/3 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly coat a 9" x 9" pan with cooking spray. 

Step 2

Peel peaches and slice into 3/4" wedges. Place into a bowl and stir in honey, 1 cup of flour, lemon zest, vanilla, and nutmeg. Stir until combined.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and oil until melted. Whisk in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined and lump free. Add in the oats, remaining flour, cinnamon, and salt until moistened. It will be crumbly.

Step 4

Transfer the peach mixture to the prepared pan and sprinkle the topping mix evenly over the fruit. Bake for 20 minutes and then cover with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot or cold with additional honey, ice cream, or yogurt as desired.
