Cowboy Breakfast Bagel

Cowboy Breakfast Bagel

Start the morning off with a bang! This bagel is exploding with flavor and you'll want to lick your plate clean when it's gone.

Yields 4 servings

  • 8 slices thick cut bacon, divided
  • 4 sausage patties, divided
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, divided
  • 4 large eggs, fried, divided
  • 4 bagels, toasted
  • 4 jalapenos, sliced
  • pico de gallo
  • Firebee Spicy Honey to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

On a Flat Top griddle, or a large skillet, cook the bacon and sausage patties to desired doneness. Set aside on paper towels to drain grease.

Step 2

In the grease, add the sliced jalapenos and cook to desired doneness. Remove from the griddle.

Step 3

Cook the eggs either over-easy or sunny side up, whichever you prefer, seasoning to taste. You want the runny goodness for your sandwich!

Step 4

Go ahead and toast the bagels in your toaster or put them on the Flat Top to get them a bit of a crunch. You can rub them in the sausage and bacon grease.

Step 5

When assembling your sandwiches, add the cheese on the bottom, top with your sausage, bacon, and egg. Then add your toppings - pico, Firebee Spicy Honey, and grilled jalapenos!

Step 6

You're gonna need a few napkins for this one, as it's pretty messy - but worth every bit!
