Elderberry Cranberry Salad

Tired of your canned cranberry salad being passed up? Take your holiday sides to the next level with fresh ingredients and Firebee Honey!



Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 3 medium sized apples of your choice
  • 3/4 cup Elderberry Honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1tub of coolwhip


Step 1

Wash, peel, and roughly chop apples.

Wash cranberries and grind in food processor with apples.

Step 2

Add sugar and honey to ground mixture and let sit overnight.

Step 3

Strain mixture over bowl for 1-2 hours. Discard juice.

Mix in cool whip and enjoy!
