Elderberry Honey Frozen Yogurt

Elderberry Honey Frozen Yogurt

Stay cool and stay healthy this summer with a refreshing bowl of frozen yogurt - made right in your own kitchen! This sweet treat is infused with Firebee Elderberry Honey for an added boost to your immune system.

1/4 - 1/2 cup Firebee Elderberry Honey

2 cups plain Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Optional: berries of your choosing. We used elderberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

1. Place the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and any additional berries in a bowl.

2. Whisk together all ingredients, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl, for several minutes until light and fluffy. You can also use a food processor for quicker mixing.

3. Transfer the mixture to a square 9-inch glass baking dish. Cover and freeze for 45 minutes.

4. After 45 minutes, remove the pan from the freezer and stir together, mixing the freezing edges into the soft center.

5. Cover and place back in the freezer, repeating this process every 30 minutes until the entire mixture is frozen (around 2-3 hours).

6. Serve immediately as a soft-serve or let it freeze longer for a firmer consistency.
