Firebee BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese

The combination of these two comfort foods is sure to please everyone in your family! 


Yields 6 Servings
  • leftover brisket
  • Firebee BBQ Sauce
  • 16 oz. dry elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, cook your macaroni according to the box directions. 

Step 2

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and then add the flour. Stir until it is smooth. Slowly add in the milk, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until it has thickened. 

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups of cheddar cheese, the condensed soup, and parmesan cheese until melted.

Step 4

Pour the drained macaroni into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Add the cheese mixture and stir until coated. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. While it is cooling, take your leftover brisket and chop it up. Place the chopped brisket in a saucepan over medium heat and add enough Firebee BBQ Sauce to cover it. Stir until heated through. 

Step 6

To serve, scoop some of the macaroni and cheese into a bowl and top with the heated brisket. Add additional Firebee BBQ Sauce as needed.
