Firebee BBQ Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups

Easy to put together and ready in no time, these roll ups make a great tasting snack or dinner! 

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 c. Firebee Spicy BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 c. cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. red onion, diced
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature and lightly oil a round baking pan. Set aside.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread out your pizza dough into an 18" x 10" rectangle. 

Step 3

Spread the Firebee BBQ Sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving 1/2 border around the edges. 

Step 4

Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon, chicken, and red onion. 

Step 5

Starting on the long side, roll up like you would a cinnamon roll and press the seams together. Cut into 10-12 equal slices and place into the greased pan.

Step 6

Bake for 25 minutes and then add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until browned and the cheese is melted. Serve with extra Firebee BBQ Sauce for dipping.
