Frito Chili Pie
A classic dish that's sure to please even the picky eaters in your house! Cooks up in under 30 minutes so it's great for weeknight meals when you don't have a lot of time!
Ingredients
Yields 8-10 Servings
- 2.25 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 5 Tbsp. Chili Out Dude Seasoning
- Fritos
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomatoes, diced
- Sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, crumbling it as you go. Once it is cooked, drain the grease and return it back to the pan.
Step 2
Add the tomato sauce, water, and Chili Out Dude seasoning to the skillet, stirring to incorporate. Heat over medium heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the chili over the Fritos, and top with toppings as desired.
