Frozen Vanilla Kiwi Mojito

This refreshing icy drink is easy to make and that means you can enjoy it during pool time or anytime!


Ingredients

Yields 2 servings
  • 3 c. frozen chopped kiwi
  • 2 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • 3 oz. rum
  • 3 1/2 c. crushed ice
  • fresh kiwi slices for garnish


Instructions

Step 1

In a blender, combine the frozen kiwi, simple syrup, Firebee Vanilla Honey, rum, and crushed ice. 

Step 2

Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add additional ice as necessary.

Step 3

Pour into serving glasses and garnish with fresh kiwi slices. Enjoy!
