Hawaiian Cheesecake Bars

Aloha! This dessert will take your taste buds on a tropical vacation. With a mixture of pineapple and coconut, it brings the tropics to you! 


Yields 12 servings

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Firebee Sweet Honey
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Firebee Sweet Honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. flaked, sweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Firebee Sweet Honey, and 1 cup butter. Pat mixture into ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 14-19 minutes. Cool slightly.

Step 2

Mix together cream cheese, 4 Tbsp. Firebee Sweet Honey, milk, and eggs. Fold in vanilla and drained pineapple. Spread over baked crust. 

Step 3

Combine coconut and 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle over pineapple filling layer and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
