Homemade Honey Granola Bars

Made with ingredients you know and trust, these granola bars will be a win for both you and the kids! 


Yields 12 Servings
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 c. Firebee Raw Honey
  • 3 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 c. rice crispy style cereal
  • 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. mallow bits


Step 1

Spray an 8" x 8" pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, and honey. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until bubbling. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. 

Step 3

Remove the mixture from the stove and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the oats, rice crispy cereal, graham cracker crumbs, and salt. 

Step 4

Pour the butter mixture over the ingredients in the bowl, and mix until they are well coated. 

Step 5

Press the mixture into your prepared pan, adding the chocolate chips and mallow bits on the top. Press down firmly into the pan. 

Step 6

Allow the pan to cool completely and harden for about 2 hours before cutting into bars.
