Honey Jalapeno Chicken Thighs

Honey jalapeño glazed chicken thighs are deliciously juicy and spicy. Be sure to make extras to save as leftovers because you'll want more as soon as your mouth cools down!


Yields 4 servings
  • 4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 -3 Tbsp. Jalapeño Tabasco Sauce
  • juice of 1 lime


Step 1

In a zipper bag, combine the oil, garlic, Firebee Spicy Honey, chili powder, salt, tabasco, and lime juice.

Step 2

Add the chicken to the bag and allow it to marinate for 1-12 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and transfer the chicken to a sheet pan topped with a wire rack to collect any drippings.

Step 4

Roast the chicken for 20 minutes and then baste with the remaining marinade. Continue cooking an additional 15-20 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers 165 degrees.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and serve with rice and veggies.
