Italian Sausage Subs w/ Honey Mustard

Dad will be over the moon with these Italian Sausage Subs - and they're super easy to prepare!

Ingredients

Yields 5 Servings
  • 1 pack of 5 Italian Sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 5 hoagie rolls
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Spicy Honey

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the pepper and onion slices to the sheet pan. Toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Step 2

Nestle the Italian sausages between the veggies and bake for 30 minutes. While that is baking, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Firebee Spicy Honey. 

Step 3

Place 1 sausage and some of the onions and peppers on each bun. Drizzle with the honey mustard sauce and enjoy!
