Mini Chocolate Honey Cheesecakes

Crunchy graham cracker crust paired with rich, chocolatey cheesecake filling = match made in heaven. Try this super easy, no-bake recipe to satisfy your next chocolate craving!


Makes 12 mini cheesecakes

  • Graham Crackers - 15
  • Butter - ¼ cups melted
  • Cream Cheese - 8oz packet
  • Firebee Chocolate Honey - 2/3 cup
  • Confectioner’s Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup


Step 1

Crush graham crackers.

Step 2

 Add melted butter to graham crackers and mix well. 

Step 3

 Spoon mixture into mini muffin tin. Press gently and chill in fridge for 30 mins.

Step 4

Whip cream until thick.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, honey, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla and whisk until creamy.

Step 6

Add whipped cream and fold in gently.

Step 7

Spoon this into the muffin tin and spread evenly.

Step 8

Refrigerate overnight.

Step 9

Serve with your favorite toppings- fruit, nuts, chocolate shavings, and Firebee Honey!
