Serve up these terrifying monsters for dinner on Halloween!
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. Bull Honkey Seasoning
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 dill pickle stackers
- 8 green olives with pimentos
- 4 pepper jack cheese slices
- 4 long toothpicks
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the buns with egg wash and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and toasty.
While the buns are toasting, mix the ground beef with the Bull Honkey seasoning and form into 4 equal patties. Cook over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes and flip. Cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until reached desired doneness.
To assemble the monsters, slice the buns and place the lettuce on the bottom. Top with the burger patty and pickle. Slice some triangles in the ends of the cheese slices to look like teeth and add those on top of the pickle. Add ketchup and then the top bun. Stick an olive on each toothpick and insert into the buns to make the eyes.
