One Pot BBQ Chicken Pasta

A delicious dinner your family will love cooked in one pot makes cleanup a breeze!


Yields 4-6 servings

  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. Firebee BBQ Sauce
  • 3 c. rotini
  • 1 1/2 c. mozzarella, shredded


Step 1

In a large pot, cook your bacon until crisp and your onion until it is translucent. Remove the bacon, crumble, and set it aside. 

Step 2

Add the diced chicken to the bacon grease and onions, and allow it to cook about 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Step 3

Add the garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.

Step 4

Add in the chicken broth, tomatoes, milk, and Firebee BBQ Sauce, stirring until combined. Bring it to a simmer and then add in the pasta.

Step 5

Reduce the heat to medium low and cook on a simmer, stirring often, until the pasta is done to your liking.

Step 6

Stir in the crumbled bacon and cheese before serving!
