Pistachio Cream Bars

You don't need a special occasion to make these delicious pistachio cream bars. They are a delicious cross between pudding and cheesecake and make dessert the best part of the meal!


Yields 24 Servings
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. pistachios, roughly chopped


Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan and set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and Firebee Vanilla Honey. Beat in the butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until completely blended. Add the dough mixture to the prepared pan and press down to make the crust.

Step 3

Bake the crust for 30-35 minutes for until the edges are golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat with an electric mixer until blended. Add in milk and pudding mix and continue mixing until fully combined. 

Step 5

Spread pudding mixture evenly over the crust and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until set.
