Sheet Pan Kielbasa & Veggies

If you're looking for an easy sheet pan dinner that tastes amazing, is ready in under an hour, and has lots of veggies, look no further! 

Ingredients

Yields 4 Servings
  • 1 kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 heads of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a large sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

Step 2

Prepare your kielbasa, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, and onions and add them to the sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Brush with about 1/2 the honey garlic sauce and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add the broccoli to the sheet pan and toss with the remaining honey garlic sauce. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the broccoli reaches your desired level of doneness.
