Snowman Cupcakes

These adorable cupcakes made with Firebee Chocolate Honey are sure to garner lots of attention this holiday season! Made from scratch, these little guys taste as good as they look! 

Ingredients

Yields 24 Servings
  • 1 1/3 c. Firebee Chocolate Honey
  • 1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk, room temperature
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line cupcake tins with liners. 

Step 2

Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients (except the boiling water) into the bowl and mix together well. Once no streaks of flour remain, add the boiling water carefully and whisk until combined. 

Step 4

Once the batter comes together, portion the batter into the prepared cupcake liners until each are about 2/3 of the way full. 

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into one of the cupcakes comes out clean.
