Spaghetti & Eyeball Meatballs

A spooky dinner choice for your ghosts and goblins!


Yields 8 Servings
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Fuhgeddaboudit Seasoning
  • 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 string cheese
  • black olives, sliced
  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Step 2

Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, minced garlic, Fuhgeddaboudit seasoning, and parmesan cheese. 

Step 3

Form into 16 (2 inch) meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Slice the string cheese into 4 pieces each (total of 16) and insert into the center of the meatballs facing up and top with a slice of black olive.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. While the meatballs are baking, cook your spaghetti according to the box directions. 

Step 6

Plate spaghetti and top with marinara sauce and eyeball meatballs.
