Spicy Bacon and Spinach Quiche

This quiche has a rich, hearty flavor and is sure to provide a filling breakfast for your loved ones. Easy to put together and fancy enough for a brunch with guests, this recipe is sure to be a keeper! 


Yields 6 Servings
  • 1 pie crust, room temperature
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. spinach, chopped
  • 1 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pie crust in a 9" shallow pie pan. Crimp the edges of the crust. 

Step 2

Add the bacon, spinach, and cheeses to the bottom of the crust. 

Step 3

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, Firebee Spicy Honey, salt, and pepper together. 

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let set for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with an extra drizzle of Firebee Spicy Honey for some added heat!
