Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. 

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Firebee Spicy Honey, and diced green onions together until fluffy. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet cook the bacon until crispy over medium heat. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Pour out most of the bacon fat, but leave a bit to cook the eggs in.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and turn the heat down to medium low. Stir occasionally with a spatula. When the eggs are nearly set, season to taste with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Step 5

Spread cream cheese on the bottom halves of the bagels and place in the greased baking dish. Spread the eggs over the bagels and then top with crumbled bacon. Add the shredded cheese and replace the top halves of the bagels. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.

Step 6

Bake the bagels for 10-15 minutes or until they are toasty and the cheese has melted. Serve warm with extra Firebee Spicy Honey.
