Spicy Cream Cheese Corn

A simple, yet delicious side dish perfect for any occasion. Add more or less Firebee Spicy Honey to taste! 


Yields 6 Servings
  • 5 c. frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley, optional


Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the frozen corn,  butter, Firebee Spicy Honey, salt, and pepper. 

Step 2

Saute the corn until heated all the way through - about 5-6 minutes. 

Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add the cream cheese and milk. 

Step 4

Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted. 

Step 5

Once it has thickened, remove from heat. 

Step 6

Add fresh chopped parsley if desired and top with additional Firebee Spicy Honey.
