Spicy Ground Beef Macaroni
This easy weeknight dinner is sure to be a hit with the whole family! It's a one pot meal with easy cleanup and a little bit of spice to make even the pickiest eater a happy camper.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, dry
- 1/4 c. Firebee Spicy Honey
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. half and half
- 1/3 c. Italian cheese blend
In a large pot, cook ground beef on medium heat until browned, chopping it up while it is cooking. Drain off excess grease.
Add diced peppers, onions, dried macaroni, marinara, Firebee Spicy Honey, and water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered for about 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally.
Add half and half, sprinkle with cheese, and mix everything well. Remove from heat, cover, and let it set for about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with extra cheese as desired.
