Spicy Honey Sriracha Pork Chops

A quick weeknight dinner that's packed with spicy flavor. Pair with a salad and your favorite veggie and dinner is served!


Yields 4 Servings
  • 4 butterfly pork chops 
  • 1/4 c. sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • salt & pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Heat the tablespoon of oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on each side. Place in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 3

While the pork chops are cooking, mix your sauce. Combine the Firebee Honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. 

Step 4

After you have cooked the pork chops on either side, add the sauce over the pork chops and place the whole skillet in the oven.

Step 5

Bake the pork chops for 8-10 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.

Step 6

To add a bit of color, turn the oven to broil for the last couple of minutes.
