Spicy Taco Spaghetti

Taco Tuesday is about to get a new look! Try this one pot wonder meal and your family will have a new favorite dish that they will ask for time and time again. It goes from start to finish in about 30 minutes, so it's great for those nights when you don't want take out, but don't really want to cook either. 


    Yields 4 servings

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1/4 cup Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, crumbling beef as you go. Drain excess grease and then add taco seasoning.

Step 2

Add the Ro*Tel, Firebee Spicy Honey, spaghetti, and 3 cups of water to the pot. Bring it to a boil and then cover. Simmer until the pasta is cooked through about 13-16 minutes. 

Step 3

Remove from heat and add cheese. Cover until melted, about 2 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes and cilantro if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!
