Spicy Loaded Baked Potato Casserole
Everything you love about a loaded baked potato without the skin! This casserole tastes every bit as good as it looks!
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon base
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 15 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water for about 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain well and return them to the pot for mashing.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9" x 13" dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 3
Add the sour cream, butter, Firebee Spicy Honey, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, mixing to combine.
Step 4
Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 2/3 of the bacon, mixing well. Place the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and the rest of the bacon. Place back in oven and cook for 5 minutes more or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions. Add a drizzle of Firebee Spicy Honey on top if desired.
