Spicy Snowman Cheeseball

This little guy is adorable, delicious, and easy to make! With the zip of Firebee Spicy Honey, he's sure to be a party favorite this holiday season!

Ingredients

Yields 10 Servings

  • 2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 3 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
  • 1 oz. package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c. finely shredded jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 1 baby carrot
  • whole peppercorns

Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Firebee Spicy Honey, and ranch dressing mix.

Step 2

Divide cheese mixture and form one smaller cheese ball for the head and one larger cheese ball for the body. Transfer cheese mixtures to two separate sheets of plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Right before serving, press shredded jack cheese into the cheese balls to cover the outsides. Press the smaller ball onto the top of the larger ball to form he head. You can use a wooden skewer broken off to help hold it in place if necessary.

Step 4

Slice the tip off of the baby carrot and press into the cheese ball to make a nose. Use whole peppercorns for the eyes and mouth.

Step 5

Serve with crackers and enjoy!
