Spicy Tuscan Sausage Pasta

If you love Tuscan flavors, this meal is for you! A mix of tomatoes, spinach, and a creamy sauce bring this dinner together quickly and easily. 


Yields 4 Servings
  • 8 oz. pasta (any kind will work)
  • 1 lb. Italian Sausage
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Firebee Spicy Honey
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. baby spinach
  • grated parmesan cheese


Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, cook and crumble the Italian sausage in a large pan. 

Step 2

Once cooked, remove the sausage from the pan and drain grease if there is a lot. Add the garlic to the pan and saute until fragrant - 1-2 minutes. 

Step 3

Add in the chicken broth, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Firebee Spicy Honey, salt, pepper, and flour to the pan, stirring until combined.

Step 4

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and let them cook until they split open and you can crush them up. 

Step 5

Add the cream and spinach to the pan, cooking for an additional few minutes until everything is heated through and the spinach is wilted.

Step 6

Add pasta and mix in, topping with parmesan cheese as desired.
