Sweet & Sour Meatball Kabobs

A quick and easy dinner that you can make outside on the grill or in the broiler!


Yields 4-6 servings
  • 32 frozen meatballs, thawed 
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1/4 c. apricot jam
  • 1/4 c. Firebee BBQ Sauce


Step 1

Pre-heat a grill to medium high heat. While waiting for your grill to heat up, thread your meatballs, onions, and peppers on the skewers. 

Step 2

Heat the jam and BBQ sauce together until combined and set aside.

Step 3

Place the skewers on the grill and brush with the sauce. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, rotating and basting occasionally.
