Give your potatoes a facelift with Taco Dirty To Me Seasoning! An easy and filling dinner, this is sure to go into your rotation.
Ingredients
Yields 4 Servings
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. Taco Dirty To Me Seasoning
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 baked potatoes, cooked
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- sour cream
- salsa
- guacamole
- green onions
Instructions
Step 1
While your potatoes are cooking, go ahead and brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Chop up the meat and then drain the grease.
Step 2
Add the Taco Dirty To Me Seasoning and the 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Cook until the water is mostly absorbed.
Step 3
Slice open the cooked potatoes and squeeze them to expand the opening. Top with prepared taco meat, shredded cheese, and the toppings of your choice.
