Tater Tot Cups

Loaded tater tots - need we say more?


Yields 24 Servings
  • 72 tater tots, frozen
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Firebee Spicy Honey


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and spray 2 mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Place 3 tater tots in each muffin cup and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and using a spoon, push down to create a cup shape with the tater tots. Place back in the oven for 15 additional minutes, until golden brown.

Step 3

Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 tablespoon of cheese into each cup. Top with sour cream, bacon, green onions, and a drizzle of Firebee Spicy Honey. Serve while hot and enjoy!
