Vanilla Honey Apple Bread

The warm taste of apple cinnamon goodness in a bread! This bread is quick to whip up and bakes to golden brown perfection in about an hour. Your family will think you slaved over it - and no need to tell them otherwise! 


Yields 8 servings
  • 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla 
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 large apple; peeled and finely chopped


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a loaf pan and set aside.

Step 2

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine Firebee Vanilla Honey, white sugar, and butter until smooth.

Step 3

Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and milk and continue mixing until smooth.

Step 4

Pour half the batter in the prepared loaf pan. Cover the batter with half the apples and pat down. Sprinkle half the sugar and cinnamon mix on top of the apples. Pour the remaining batter on top and then repeat with apples and cinnamon-sugar mixture. 

Step 5

Pat the topping into the batter with the back of a spoon and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
