Vanilla Honey Sticky Rolls

You'll wanna make up a double batch of these sticky rolls because these are irresistible!


Yields 9 Servings
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans


Step 1

Proof the yeast in the warm milk for 10-15 minutes or until it's foamy. Whisk in the Firebee Vanilla Honey, butter, salt, and egg. Stir in the flour until the dough forms.

Step 2

Knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth. Place it into a greased bowl and let it double in size.

Step 3

Punch down the dough and knead it a few more times until smooth again. Make your filling by combining the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside for now.

Step 4

To make the topping, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a small saucepan. Heat until almost boiling and the sugar is melted. Pour the mixture into a greased, round pan. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the topping and set aside.

Step 5

Roll out the dough into a rectangle that is roughly 10" x 18". Spread the 3 tablespoons of butter on the dough and sprinkle the filling over the butter. Roll up tightly and cut into 9 even rolls. Place them on top of the pecan topping and allow them to rise for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 6

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minute. Invert the pan onto a plate, being careful of the hot caramel sauce.
