Vanilla Pecan Banana Bread

Sweetened with honey, this classic banana bread is as delicious as the original!


Yields 8-10 servings
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Firebee Vanilla Honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a loaf pan and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and Firebee Vanilla Honey. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, milk, pecans, and vanilla. Make sure to thoroughly combine.

Step 3

Next, add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. 

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 5

Let cool in the loaf pan for about 15 minutes before removing from the pan and continuing to cool for at least an additional 30 minutes before slicing.
